Dear Policy readers,

In the wake of L. Ian MacDonald’s recent health challenges, Policy magazine is now moving forward with Ian assuming the new title of Founding Editor and Publisher Emeritus. Associate Editor and Deputy Publisher Lisa Van Dusen has succeeded Ian as editor and publisher of the magazine. Over the decade since we launched Policy, Ian has built a roster of exceptionally talented contributors and published a magazine whose community of writers, readers and sponsors we have been, and will continue to be, privileged to serve. Many thanks to all for making Policy print, Policy Online and The Week in Policy possible.
